Waste Audits

Waste audits represent a business area which TBU has been providing since its inception. These audits are carried for two main reasons:

1)      To establish a basis for waste management strategies; and

2)      As a basis for the design and/or the optimisation of waste processing and recycling plants.

An extensiv range of equipment enables the solution of tricky questions.  The equipment is being shipped in a 20” container.  No external equipment is necessary for the setup.

The equipment consists of ....

  • Conveyor belt

  • Octagonal screen with variable mesh size

  • 750L container for undersize, various sorting tables

  • Big bags and MGBs for material storage and movement

  • Various scales up to 300 kg

  • Drying closet (moisture content)

  • Kiln (ignition residue)

  • Vibrating screen

  • Mills (conditioning for lab tests)
