ADB Asian Development Bank supports a 10-year, $400 million program to improve basic urban infrastructure in some of Sindh's secondary towns (Sukkur, Larkana, Shikarpur, Khairpur, overall population to be estimated with 1.5 mio.) through the “Mapping, Planning, Feasibility Studies, Detailed Design and Construction Supervision, SCIP-04” project.

Conduction of a workshop session on issues relating to a lack of harmonisation of national collection systems for metal beverage cans in the EU (workshop performed at the Danish EPA in Copenhagen with participants from Germany and the Scandinavian countries)
Contribution of technical and economical expertise in respect to the separate collection and recycling of metal beverage cans.
